Laboratory Instrument Service Engineer
We are seeking motivated university students to join our team as Entry-Level Laboratory Instrument Service Engineers through an internship or co-op program. This role provides hands-on experience in laboratory instrument servicing, maintenance, calibration, and inventory management. It is an excellent opportunity for students interested in engineering, science, or technical careers related to laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic repair and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments under supervision
- Assist with preventive maintenance (PM) and routine servicing of laboratory equipment
- Support calibration of laboratory instruments according to standard procedures
- Conduct incoming inspections and functional testing of instruments
- Maintain and update laboratory instrument inventory records
- Assist with documentation, service reports, and maintenance logs
- Support the organization and cleanliness of the service and laboratory area
- Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to learn advanced repair techniques
