Join our established, rapidly expanding fulfillment operations as a Management Trainee. This opportunity is perfect for recent graduates or anyone looking to jump-start a career in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or the broader supply chain industry.
Trainees will undergo comprehensive, hands-on training across various functions, starting with core operations such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and reverse logistics, with the goal of fast-tracking advancement to a supervisory role.
Initial 3+ months: Rotational training and development - familiarize with all aspects of fulfillment center/warehouse operations, and then independently handle related tasks.
Subsequently: Specialization and permanent placement within warehouse operations, transitioning into a team leader/supervisory role for a specific function such as Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, or Reverse Logistics. This role remains hands-on and floor-based, with day-to-day responsibility for people, process execution, and operational results—this is not a office-based or analytical position.

Work location: either New Jersey or the Greater Philadelphia area in Pennsylvania (we have multiple locations)
