Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview

The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured housing communities, and other strategic partners, including realtors. This position is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening referral relationships, and supporting revenue goals through effective communication, product knowledge, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with manufactured home dealerships, communities, and realtors through outbound calls, emails, and networking efforts
  • Conduct virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams with new manufactured housing partners, presenting the autoMHatic Financial Partner Deck
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to communicate the value of manufactured housing finance solutions and related services
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound calls from manufactured housing partners interested in partnering with autoMHatic Financial
  • Build and maintain ongoing referral relationships with new and existing partners
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, lending programs, and evolving underwriting guidelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and outside sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and a positive partner experience
  • Schedule appointments and hand-offs for Outside Sales Territory Managers when appropriate
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to partners and key stakeholders
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement through training and professional development
  • Represent the organization professionally to promote brand awareness and expand the partner network
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven success in inside sales, business development, or a related role; experience in real estate, mortgage, or housing industries preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Experience with data entry and database management systems
  • Working knowledge of loan products and mortgage programs
  • Familiarity with manufactured housing industry trends and regulations is a plus
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate state and federal licensure as required
  • Self-starter with excellent organization, follow-up, and time management skills
