Territory Sales Development Position

The profile of our ideal candidate includes:

 

  • Individuals in their final year of a 4-year degree or have recently completed a BS/BA, ideally in sales or a related field
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Leadership abilities demonstrated through involvement in student or community organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales through coursework, work experience, participation in student organizations, etc. 
  • Willingness to relocate two times:
    • Trainees will relocate to the campus-like setting of our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA for the duration of sales training (Commercial Sales Development Program – July through September, 2026).  Housing assistance to be provided during the program.
    • Trainees will relocate to a field sales position upon program completion.  When applying, trainees have the option to select from one of two regional preferences for final placement (Eastern or Western US).  Specific location within a given region will depend on business need at the time.  Applicants should be willing to relocate to any location within a given region.
