About the Role
- Promote our Home Remodeling services in-store and at local events
- Deliver sales presentations highlighting our expert installation services
- Schedule free in-home estimates ("lead generation") to drive sales
- Participate in trainings to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge.
- Continue your career with promotions into Sales or Management roles.
Top performers earn between $70,000 and $90,000. While individual earnings vary, our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success!

Key Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs
- A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals
- A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
- Open to traveling within the local market as needed
- Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.
